From early childhood I wanted to be a painter. I attended Saturday classes at the Portland Art Museum. I painted a mural for Beaverton High School which hung in the lobby for ten years.
I obtained a full scholarship to the Museum Art School (now PNCA) after High School. I then received a gift for another year at the school.
My first show opened in Decatur, Georgia in 1999.
I sold fifty paintings to Paul Robinson in Atlanta, Georgia from 1998-2001.
I have continued selling in the Portland, Oregon area through the present.
I belong to the Oil Painters of America, the Watercolor Society of Oregon, the Beaverton Arts Commission and the Oregon Society of Artists.
